What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving design initiatives across cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive product design vision.
- Creating complex, data-rich interfaces (e.g., live video reviews, safety timelines, fleet dashboards) that enhance user engagement.
- Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and senior leadership to ensure design integration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conducting research and user testing to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences, thereby guiding user-centered design solutions.
- Mentoring junior designers and sharing knowledge within the design team to foster professional growth.
- Advising on user-centric design principles to align design efforts with business objectives and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Staying updated with industry trends and continuously evolving design skills.
- Effectively presenting design concepts and justifying decisions based on research and data.
- Leading the implementation and evolution of a design system to ensure consistency across various products and platforms.
- Contributing to building a high-functioning design team and culture.

What You’ll Bring to This Role
- 5-8 years of product design experience, particularly in B2B, SaaS, telematics, video, or data-rich domains.
- A strong portfolio showcasing products that demonstrate your design contributions.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Proficiency in UI design, modern design systems, and tools like Figma.
- Strong UX judgment grounded in user research and the ability to lead user-centered design processes.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas effectively and engage with various stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with a team-oriented approach, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
