We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of design in a significant area of our super app experience. You will work closely with the design leadership to shape the design strategy, drive multiple workstreams in parallel, and utilize modern tools to translate intent into high-fidelity designs efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Own the design process from concept to launch, iterating on user experiences to align with commercial KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify project goals and address dependencies.
- Craft at Senior Level: Ensure comprehensive delivery across all interaction details, utilize our design system, and prototype rapidly to gather feedback.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct user research and leverage data to inform design decisions; keep updated on industry patterns and AI-product paradigms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in designing impactful digital products at scale, particularly in fast-paced environments.
- Proven expertise in interaction design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience with design systems and fluency in AI integration in the design process.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively articulate concepts to various audiences.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing mobile-first projects with a focus on metrics and design process.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience designing for the Middle East market, particularly with Arabic or RTL products.
- Background in creating AI-powered product experiences.
