As a Senior Product Designer at the company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our Primary Business Unit for all B2C and B2B surfaces. You will take ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process, including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery.
- User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design practices, creating effective design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products.
- Problem-Solving: Identify key user problems and opportunities using research and data to inform design decisions.
- Design Strategy: Contribute to the design strategy for the product suite, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across platforms.
- Iteration & Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback and data, ensuring designs are optimized for usability and visual appeal.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 8+ years in product design, user experience, or a similar role with a proven track record.
- Design Expertise: Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about design’s role in achieving business goals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Mentorship: Experience in mentoring other designers and a passion for helping team members grow.
- Execution: Results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently lead projects from conception to completion.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design nuances, passionate about building intuitive and visually stunning products.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with a start-up environment
