As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving design solutions that address complex problems with a user-centered focus. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape our products across all platforms. Your advanced understanding and application of design principles, along with your ability to mentor and elevate team members, are vital in our mission to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex design projects from concept through execution across various platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
- Communicate design concepts to stakeholders, facilitating productive reviews.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Drive the evolution of the current design system to accommodate new use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives into design.
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach in all projects.
Requirements:
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products.
- Deep understanding of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Extensive knowledge of design systems and their evolution.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proven mentorship and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and project requirements.
- Exceptional empathy for users and a commitment to user-centered design solutions.
