About The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of complex, high-stakes problems across the company’s products. You’ll design experiences for the employee portal, employer portal, and internal admin tools that assist teams in hiring, paying, and managing people in 150+ countries. Your role will involve comprehensive exploration of design challenges from the initial discovery phase through to product release, positioning you as a trusted voice in product-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deeply to understand customer and business issues and identify real pain points before proposing solutions.
• Create impactful solutions by rapidly designing both elegant and effective outcomes.
• Think at the product level, connecting the dots across various flows and surfaces rather than focusing solely on individual screens.
• Present your decisions by articulating your design work to product, engineering, and business stakeholders effectively.
• Define the logic by updating acceptance criteria and documenting the rationale behind your work.
• Own your work end-to-end, managing the design cycle from ideation and review to feedback during the final build and post-release iteration.
• Collaborate closely with talented product managers, designers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
• Work across platforms, addressing challenges holistically across multiple user portals.
• Build and update the design system to ensure scalability of components across teams.
• Contribute to redefining how work is done globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong experience in B2B product design, preferably in HR, payroll, fintech, or similarly compliance-heavy sectors.
• Proficient in UX and UI methodologies, with a portfolio showcasing well-reasoned and polished work.
• Experience with designing and contributing to scalable design systems.
• Ability to discern when to go in-depth on a task versus when to execute.
• Capacity to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for design and innovation.
• Comfortable with embedded collaboration within development teams and taking initiative.
• Adept at being involved throughout the entire lifecycle from ideation through design QA, ensuring all voices contribute to the project.
• Strong communication skills with the capability to present rationale clearly to both design peers and business stakeholders.
