Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our B2B products. You will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role offers the chance to lead complex design projects and be a key player in achieving the company's mission to become the most trusted partner in real estate across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for one or more B2B and B2C products.
• Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrate exceptional UI and visual design skills.
• Produce high-quality design work in fast-paced environments.
• Translate user research, data, and business objectives into thoughtful product solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers.
• Help shape the design strategy for the B2B product suite.
• Validate concepts through prototyping and user testing.

Desired Experience:

• 8+ years in Product Design, UX, or a related discipline.
• Expertise in product discovery, UX, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing other designers.
• Proficiency in design tools and AI across the design process.
