In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience for both customers and colleagues, focusing on improving interfaces and business processes. Your primary goal will be to launch a major B2E product and support our existing tools for customer support and operational teams.

Responsibilities:
- Launch new products by taking ownership from early discovery to go-live, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.
- Polish existing products and scenarios by improving current flows and features, removing friction, and enhancing the overall quality of experience through thoughtful design iterations.
- Deep dive into domain knowledge to understand the business, operations, and user needs to design relevant and impactful solutions.
- Regularly use internal tools to identify issues, uncover opportunities, and advocate for real-life usage improvements.
- Stay involved in product and tech discussions to help shape outcomes early on.
- Plan and execute user research to validate ideas, discover pain points, and guide design decisions.
- Contribute to and refine our internal design system to support consistency, scalability, and speed across products.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- 2-3 years of experience working on B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating the ability to design complex products in a user-friendly way.
- Familiarity with best interaction patterns and strong visual design skills.
- Experience working independently or in small teams, possibly in a startup environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating ideas to various stakeholders.
- Ability to think in systems and shape design direction while remaining flexible to change.
