As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving design solutions focused on user-centered approaches. You will influence and shape our products across all platforms with your advanced knowledge of design principles and your ability to mentor and support team members, contributing to delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex design projects from concept development to execution across various platforms.
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability studies to guide design decisions and propose innovative solutions.
- Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and facilitate productive design reviews.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive the evolution of the current design system to address new and unforeseen use cases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives are integrated into the design process.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across all projects.
Requirements:
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, including designing and launching consumer-facing digital products.
- Deep understanding of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Extensive knowledge of design systems and evolving them to cater to diverse use cases.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies applicable to design.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping tools.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking methodology, and user-centered practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to various stakeholders.
- Strong mentorship and leadership abilities, fostering collaboration and excellence within teams.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design work.
