As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving design solutions that solve complex problems with a user-centered focus. You will influence and shape the direction of our products across all platforms. Your advanced understanding of design principles and your ability to mentor and elevate team members will be vital in delivering unparalleled digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex design projects from concept development to execution across various platforms.
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
- Effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders, facilitating productive design reviews.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive the expansion and evolution of the current design system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach across all projects.
Requirements:
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly with consumer-facing digital products.
- Deep understanding of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Extensive knowledge of design systems and their evolution.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies in design.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills to foster collaboration among team members.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design work.
- Strong empathy for users, committed to creating user-centered design solutions.
