About the Role
We are looking for a senior product designer to take full ownership of a product area, from discovery through to delivery. You will work in a product squad alongside a product manager and engineers, leading design for everything the squad ships. This includes framing the problem, conducting research, determining what to build first, designing it, and ensuring that what goes live matches your intended vision. Our senior designers each own an entire product, and we seek someone who is ready to operate at that level from early on.

What You'll Do
- Own design for your product area end to end: discovery, flows, interface, copy, and the quality of what ships.
- Work as an equal partner with your product manager and tech lead, including during scope and priority setting.
- Plan and run your own user interviews and usability tests, using product analytics to inform decisions.
- Challenge requirements when evidence suggests alternative paths, and propose work that isn’t yet on the roadmap.
- Build coded prototypes and ship UI changes with Claude Code, adhering to guidelines on when to involve a developer.
- Design within our design system and contribute improvements back to it.
- Present your work during weekly critiques and provide feedback on other designers' work.
What You Bring
- Senior product design experience, typically six years or more, primarily in B2B SaaS.
- A proven record of owning a product or product area over an extended period, with measurable results.
- Experience with at least one complex product you have shipped and continued to work on, such as an editor, builder, admin tool, or dashboard.
- Strong product thinking ability, including articulating the reasoning behind design decisions and evaluating their impact.
- Hands-on experience conducting discovery, including user research and usability testing.
- Confidence in collaborating directly with product managers and engineers, including presenting counterarguments when supported by data.
- Ability to write your own interface copy.
- Proficiency in English; our product and design teams are located in Dubai and Ukraine.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Dubai.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Claude Code or a similar coding tool, including creating coded prototypes or implementing code changes.
- Working knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and foundational AI concepts, including their limitations.
- Background in e-learning or enterprise software.
- Enough HTML and CSS knowledge to review and provide feedback on generated code.
