Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the evolution of the design system and ensure it aligns with business goals and user requirements.
- Establish and enforce design standards and best practices to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to integrate design solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of design system components, ensuring high-quality implementation.
- Champion accessibility best practices and collaborate with the digital accessibility team.
- Mentor team members and inspire a collaborative culture.
Work Conditions: Full-time, 4 days a week in-office & 1 day from home, with the option to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year and unlimited vacation days. If in an individual contributor role in tech, the schedule is 2 office days a week and 3 work-from-home days.
