Senior Product Designer

The company is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, aiming to simplify and improve people’s lives. The Senior Product Designer will oversee the development and implementation of the company's design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and user-centered experiences across all digital platforms. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, maintain, and evolve design standards and guidelines, requiring expertise in design systems, stakeholder management, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the evolution of the design system and ensure it aligns with business goals and user requirements.
• Establish and enforce design standards and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to integrate design solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of design system components, ensuring high-quality implementation.
• Champion accessibility best practices and collaborate with the digital accessibility team.
• Mentor team members and inspire a collaborative culture.

Work Conditions: Full-time, 4 days a week in-office & 1 day from home, with the option to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year and unlimited vacation days. If in an individual contributor role in tech, the schedule is 2 office days a week and 3 work-from-home days.
