The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems, end-to-end UX processes, and Agile squad delivery. You will lead the visual look-and-feel of digital products, conduct user research/testing, and collaborate closely with cross-functional product owners, business analysts, and front-end engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall visual look-and-feel, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand personality across multi-platform digital products (iOS, Android, and Web/Desktop).
- Own the end-to-end design process: from discovery, user flows, and wireframing to high-fidelity interactive prototyping and developer handoff.
- Co-create digital experiences in an active Agile squad delivery model alongside multidisciplinary designers, researchers, product owners, and technologists.
Requirements
- Hands-on mastery in building, maintaining, and scaling enterprise-level Design Systems and component libraries.
- Proven track record designing for Native iOS, Native Android, and Responsive Web/Desktop applications.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional hands-on experience in product design, UI/UX, or digital experience creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related visual design field (Master’s/Graduate degree is a plus).
