Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design efforts of our products, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and users.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
- Create visual designs that are engaging, intuitive, and consistent with our clients' brand guidelines.
- Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and research.
Requirements
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
- Strong portfolio that showcases your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
