Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale Design Systems across digital products and platforms.
- Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences for mobile and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on business and user requirements.
- Drive end-to-end UX and Product Design activities from discovery through delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Researchers, Frontend Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile delivery squads and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design discussions.
- Conduct and facilitate stakeholder workshops for requirements gathering, design refinement, and alignment.
- Translate feature-oriented requirements into design backlog items and user-centric experiences.
- Develop information architecture, interaction models, and design patterns aligned with enterprise standards.
- Plan and estimate design workstreams based on project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Conduct UX assessments and usability evaluations of existing digital experiences.
- Perform user testing activities including:
- Card Sorting
- Tree Testing
- Focus Groups
- Usability Testing
- Design Validation Sessions
- Ensure consistency across digital products by leveraging Design System principles and best practices.
- Support design handover activities and collaborate closely with frontend engineering teams during implementation.
- Present and articulate design decisions effectively to business and technology stakeholders.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and continuously improve design solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience designing digital experiences for enterprise-scale products.
- Experience working within Agile product teams and multidisciplinary environments.
- Proven experience leading design initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Product Design and UX Design.
- Expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems.
- Human-Centered Design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with modern prototyping and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard design tools.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
