What You'll Do
- Execute the UX design strategy, aligning it with business goals, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, emphasizing empathy, research, and iterative design methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless integration of user experience design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design strategy and optimize the user journey.
- Create and oversee wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring adherence to best practices in design.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across products.
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies, inspiring the team to explore new possibilities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align design initiatives with business strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Help deliver and refine storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of extensive product design experience with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Proven track record of managing impactful projects.
- Understanding of growth domains and data-informed design approach.
- Strategic and critical thinking, with flexibility and an open-minded attitude.
- Ability to measure and articulate the value of design within the organization.
- Capability to effectively lead the end-to-end design process within your team.
Work Conditions
- Work 4 days a week in-office & 1 day from home, with the flexibility to work remotely from any country for 30 days a year.
