About the Role
We are looking for a senior product designer to take full ownership of a product area, from discovery through to delivery. You'll work in a product squad with a product manager and engineers, and you'll lead design for everything the squad ships. This includes framing the problem, running research, deciding what to build first, designing it, and ensuring that what goes live matches your intentions. Our senior designers each own a whole product. We need someone who is ready to work at this level from early on.

What You'll Do
- Own design for your product area end to end: discovery, flows, interface, copy and the quality of what ships.
- Work as an equal partner with your product manager and tech lead, including during scope and priorities discussions.
- Plan and run your own user interviews and usability tests, using product analytics to guide decisions.
- Challenge requirements when evidence suggests alternatives, and propose work not yet on the roadmap.
- Build coded prototypes and ship UI changes using Claude Code, adhering to guidelines on when to involve a developer.
- Design with our design system and contribute improvements back to it.
- Bring your work to weekly critiques and provide feedback on other designers' work.
What You Bring
- Senior product design experience, typically six years or more, mostly in B2B SaaS.
- A proven track record of owning a product or product area over time, with demonstrable results.
- Experience with at least one complex product you shipped and continued to iterate on, such as an editor, builder, admin tool or dashboard.
- Strong product thinking: capable of articulating why something was built, its intended impact, and the actual outcome.
- Experience running discovery processes, including user research and usability testing.
- Confidence in working directly with product managers and engineers, able to disagree based on evidence when necessary.
- Ability to write your own interface copy.
- Full professional proficiency in English; our product and design teams are based in Dubai and Ukraine.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or an equivalent coding tool, including creating coded prototypes or shipping code changes.
- A working understanding of large language models (LLMs) and core AI concepts, including their limitations.
- Background in e-learning or enterprise software.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for reviewing generated code.
