As a Senior Product Designer, you will partner with cross-functional teams focused on transforming how people shop, pay, and bank. You will leverage your understanding of user behavior and business performance to create highly functional and emotionally meaningful experiences. Your role includes challenging the status quo and pushing the user experience further using emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate open-ended, conceptual ideas into tangible product features.
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from initial research to polished UI/UX designs, ensuring top-tier execution.
- Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers and a broader product team to continually improve quality output.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, creative designers, and content strategists to oversee user experience from conception to launch.
- Articulate the rationale behind design decisions to the broader product team and other leaders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping features across various platforms.
- Proficient in interaction design, with knowledge of defining behavior based on user needs while considering product scalability.
- Skilled in prototyping tools to demonstrate flows or interactions.
- 6+ years of visual design experience, with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, and iconography.
- Strategic product thinking abilities, including the development of product goals and identification of opportunities for impact on users and the company.
