Senior Product Designer - Onchain Options Trading

About the Job:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the delivery of new product concepts within the onchain space, establishing industry benchmarks with visually rich designs that elevate the company's brand recognition.

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative visual concepts for the company's onchain products.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, content writers, and engineers to create exceptional user experiences.
• Use data-informed insights to balance business objectives with customer needs and technical constraints.
• Own your work by taking accountability for the quality of your designs and tracking outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze emerging customer trends to continuously improve design strategy.
• Conduct design reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.

Skills You Should HODL:

• Expertise in solving complex UX challenges and crafting intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to use research-backed methods and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design intent and rationale.
• Knowledge of Ethereum, decentralized workflows, and financial trading platforms.
• Proven track record of leading product design initiatives within the onchain or crypto space.

Language Requirements:
