We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Platforms & Infrastructure stream and lead design across critical areas such as identity, authentication, verification, consent, and compliance. This role involves unifying fragmented flows into scalable, reusable patterns that enhance user onboarding and interaction with Tabby.
Responsibilities:
- Design and own core platform experiences including KYC, identity verification, login and authentication, user consent, and compliance workflows.
- Create intuitive, reusable UI components for consistent experiences across products and teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to solve user and business problems.
- Align with designers across product streams to ensure a unified experience throughout the Tabby ecosystem.
- Utilize data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions.
- Conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research team.
- Present and advocate for your design work to stakeholders.
- Contribute to Tabby’s design system with platform-specific considerations.
- Take full ownership of your work from concept through execution in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2C interfaces.
- A portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX decision-making and strong visual craft.
- Understanding of mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android) and responsive web design best practices.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering and understanding technical constraints.
- Familiarity with systems thinking and shared design systems.
- Experience designing for identity, authentication, or compliance-related flows is a plus.
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
