Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep knowledge of the Fintech domain and collaborate to solve complex problems.
- Conduct generative research, synthesize insights, and facilitate workshops to enhance customer experience.
- Govern a design system thoughtfully and continuously evaluate and improve user experience.
- Understand various areas of our product to apply HungerStation standards effectively.
- Create simple and elegant solutions to complex interaction problems, focused on detail and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define focus areas and contribute to overall product direction while measuring improvements.
- Gather continuous user feedback throughout the problem-solving process.
- Lead cross-functional workshops aimed at generating ideas and soliciting feedback.
- Utilize and evolve our design system to create flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Enhance design processes, knowledge, and tools to improve productivity and product quality.
- Foster cooperation within the design team and collaborate with other departments.
- Regularly present work to peers, stakeholders, and leaders for feedback.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Previous experience working in the Saudi market and/or with start-ups.
- Prior experience in Fintech, BNBL, or Banking domain is essential.
- Experience in agile or Scrum-based environments, particularly in KSA-based start-ups.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable mobile and web products.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Notion is advantageous.
- Experience in building and managing design systems is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
- Candidates must submit a portfolio or a Figma file with full access to showcase their work.
