As a Senior Product Designer - B2C, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our B2C products. You will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This position offers the chance to lead complex design projects and work on strategic initiatives, contributing to the company’s mission to become the most trusted partner in real estate across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring design excellence within the team.
- User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design practices, creating effective solutions that address user pain points and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify user problems and opportunities using research and data to inform design decisions.
- Design Strategy: Contribute to the design strategy for the B2C product suite, ensuring a consistent experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Iteration & Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback and ensure designs are optimized for usability and visual appeal.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product design or user experience, with a proven track record of successful digital products.
- Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships within cross-functional teams.
- A results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
Work Conditions: Full-time, on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
