About the Role
We are seeking a senior product designer to lead the visual direction of our product suite and own the visual layer of our design system. This role is crucial in shaping a unified visual identity across our products. You will build on a token-based design system with an established component library and on a new visual direction developed with an AI agent trained on our brand. Your mission will be to take this visual direction further, apply it consistently across all products, and integrate it into the system so that every squad utilizes it by default.
This is a long-term role within the platform team, with approximately 70 percent of your time dedicated to visual design and the design system, and the remaining 30 percent focused on product design work. Once the foundational work is laid out, you will continue to develop it.
