What You'll Do:
- Own and Lead the Design Process: Oversee the entire design lifecycle for our core application, creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that adhere to user-centered design principles.
- Influence Product Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize features based on user needs and business goals.
- Align Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Communicate your design vision while working closely with product managers and engineers to facilitate action.
- Facilitate Collaborative Problem-Solving: Conduct engaging workshops to convert user needs and project requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Champion the User through Research: Implement usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve products.
- Execute and Ship with Excellence: Collaborate with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation of design specifications.
- Elevate Our Design Culture: Advocate for best practices in user experience and remain updated on design trends to enhance our user interfaces.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in product design (UX/UI) with a portfolio of software application design work.
- Education: A bachelor's or higher degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Strategic Product Thinking: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles with the ability to articulate your work's impact.
- Hands-On Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Research Acumen: Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Collaborative Influence: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Bias for Action: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
