Senior Product Engineer - DevOps

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be pivotal in building a reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that enables the company’s developers to operate with confidence and speed. Your responsibilities include:

• Cloud Foundation and Security: Design and enforce policies for environment structure, network topology, IAM, and access controls.
• Kubernetes: Provision clusters on demand and maintain cost-efficient scaling.
• Delivery Pipelines: Develop end-to-end CI/CD processes, including security scanning and progressive delivery.
• Observability: Implement centralized metrics, logs, and traces for production behavior analysis.
• Resilience: Establish and test backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Developer Experience: Improve efficiency by removing friction and tech debt through automation and self-service solutions.
• Operations: Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses.
• Engineering Practice: Mentor peers and contribute to technical reviews and architectural decisions.

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in CI/CD processes, deep Linux, networking, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with internal developer platforms, GitOps, and regulated cloud environments.
