Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in product capability and customization architecture for Finacle 11.
- Handle Finacle interfacing requirements, including custom and product APIs (Connect 24, Finacle Integrator).
- Directly interact with clients to gather requirements and offer solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Finacle product architecture and customization layers.
- Familiarity with Finacle customization flow, including new custom menus, reports, batch jobs, and debugging processes (EOD-BOD).
- Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report design.
- Knowledge of Finacle Integrator and potential enhancements.
Functional Skills:
- Solid understanding of the banking domain and relevant terminologies.
- Finacle certification from Infosys is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM).
- Adherence to coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Commitment to ensuring quality in technical architecture and design across the organization.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to influence teams on technical considerations to enhance productivity.
- Self-motivated with the capability to drive projects without supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present ideas to senior and executive management.
