Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise applications supporting business and enterprise systems.
- Administer and manage the company Digital Signature Platform, including application configuration and operational support.
- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies, .NET frameworks, and REST APIs.
- Design and develop secure APIs and integrations between enterprise systems.
- Perform application configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Manage IIS, web hosting environments, application pools, service accounts, and permissions.
- Support system upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, unit testing practices, and technical documentation standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Evaluate and benchmark technologies, tools, and frameworks against industry best practices.
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the company Digital Signature Platform.
- Strong experience in the company Application Administration, Configuration and Deployment, Certificate Management, User and Access Configuration, and Production Support.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST API Development, and Enterprise Application Development.
- Proficient in SQL Server and MySQL, with skills in database design and optimization.
- Experience with IIS Administration, web hosting, application pools, service accounts, user permissions, and server configuration.
- Good to have knowledge of Full Stack Technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments, with a strong understanding of enterprise application architecture.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, unit testing standards, documentation standards, and development best practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capability to influence cross-functional teams on technical decisions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong presentation and interpersonal skills with exposure to senior management interactions.
