Your Role:
The company is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll ensure product and service quality while delivering exceptional user experiences. You'll leverage your software quality assurance expertise to manage testing processes and design solutions that maintain high standards across our systems. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop technical test solutions, lead automation efforts, and enhance QA CI/CD processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Conduct both manual and automation testing of mobile applications (Android and iOS), web, and backend services.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute automation tests using the internal automation framework and system.
- Identify root cause issues, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to identify system requirements, adhering to Agile methodologies and practices.
- Adapt to new testing tools and methodologies.
Your Expertise:
- 6+ years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Test Engineer, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Experience working with different frameworks like Detox, Selenium, TestNg, and Appium.
- Experience with manual and automation testing (API, E2E, Mobile).
- Design and development skills in JavaScript and Java.
- Experience with MySQL, scripting, and DevOps; AWS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and continuous integration concepts.
- Fluency in English.
