Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Sr. PM) to own Agents Experience. You will build and scale a new product from 0-1. You will define, build, and optimize the journey for the company's agents as they perform operations across multiple streams. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with engineering, design, operations, customer experience, compliance, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B SAAS and applications and product suites involving last mile, ops, and delivery management. You thrive under pressure, are self-driven, and ownership obsessed. You can differentiate between noise and signals and have a laser focus while dealing with hard deadlines. You can handle multiple/fluid priorities and excel in ambiguous situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Agent Experience domain: define the strategy, roadmap, and development for "how the company's Sales Agents sell, onboard, and serve the company's customers".
  • Design seamless customer journeys across mobile, internal portals, and integrated applications.
  • Drive growth through experience: improve acquisition, activation, and retention by working closely with the sales organization.
  • Work closely with compliance & risk to ensure customer journeys are regulatory-compliant but still intuitive.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful features on time and at scale.
  • Leverage data & research to understand customer pain points, prioritize effectively, and measure the impact of product changes.
  • Mentor junior PMs and raise the bar of product skillset within the company.
