As the Senior Product Manager for our Axi Trading Platform, you will play a crucial role in the development and strategic positioning of our product. Your responsibilities will include leading initiatives to attract new traders and investors by delivering a unique product that meets customer needs and distinguishes itself from the competition. You will also leverage recent acquisitions to enhance platform capabilities and drive user growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the product vision, objectives, and roadmap with a strong focus on user growth and market positioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user adoption and retention on the trading platform.
- Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements that support user growth.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with user growth objectives from ideation through launch.
- Define detailed product requirements and user stories to improve user engagement and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features that drive engagement.
- Integrate capabilities from recent acquisitions to create unique selling propositions and competitive advantages.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new user attraction opportunities and expand market share.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
- Conduct user testing and usability studies to ensure the product meets the needs of active and prospective users.
- Assess and respond to customer feedback, refining product offerings to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive environment and emerging technologies to anticipate market trends and effectively position our platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in managing and growing user bases for trading platforms or similar financial services products.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms, with the ability to translate market needs into impactful product features.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions based on data and market insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate value propositions to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, particularly experience in agile environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
