As a Senior Product Manager at the company Capital, you will play a key role in shaping one of our most important products. The company Capital provides seamless access to capital through Point-of-Sale (PoS) Financing, empowering businesses in the Food & Beverage industry to finance their operational expenses and drive growth. You will balance immediate business and customer needs with the long-term vision for product development, driving product vision, strategy, and execution. What Will You Do
You will help scale the company Capital to achieve its ambitious goals. Your responsibilities include:
- Contributing to quarterly planning cycles and owning your product scope’s metrics and KPIs for ongoing improvements.
- Leading the development and execution of the product roadmap, collaborating with engineers and UX designers to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
- Defining success metrics, planning feature development, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing execution to deliver impactful results.
- Working closely with engineering, design, data science, legal, marketing, and sales to develop innovative features that meet customer needs.
- Building trust with teams, stakeholders, and leadership through proactive and transparent communication.
- Leveraging quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities and refine the product experience.
What Are We Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should be the voice of the customer and a catalyst for product innovation. Requirements include:
- 5+ years of product management experience in fast-growth, agile environments, with a record of successful launches.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making rooted in facts rather than opinions.
- Knowledge of fintech, lending/credit, and familiarity with LOS and LMS systems.
- Experience in creating product roadmaps from conception to launch and collaborating with product marketing on go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to self-direct, solve problems in ambiguous environments, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing customer-facing products, with an understanding of hypothesis-driven product development.
- Strong capability to derive actionable insights from data and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate across various stakeholders.
- A proven track record of shaping products from concept through delivery at scale.
- Fluency in English and experience working with diverse internal stakeholders, including marketing, legal, finance, and other product areas.
