Responsibilities:
- Partner with client innovation teams, digital units, and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needs.
- Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs, and scalable rollouts across both public and private sector organizations.
- Lead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail, and government.
- Collaborate with global EPAM engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure robust, compliant, and impactful delivery.
- Ensure data privacy, localization, and ethical AI practices are built into product design and implementation.
- Guide clients through AI adoption maturity, from first pilot to enterprise-wide integration.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, focusing on AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in one or more of the following: energy, healthcare/life sciences, retail, financial services, or government.
- Experience as an AI practitioner with working knowledge of GenAI technologies (like LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and the AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Strong client consulting skills with the ability to communicate AI value to both business and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud, or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy).
- Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural delivery teams across business, design, data, and engineering.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
- Arabic language skills (not required but a plus).
- Previous exposure to government digital transformation or smart city initiatives.
