Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively gathering requirements and specifying pragmatic solutions incorporating the requirements at domain level
- Clearly defining goals in terms of the impact changes will have on the user and taking accountability for the validated impact changes have on the user
- Independently creating a vision of the product (area), with good awareness for overarching vision and clearly impacting domain/tribe vision
- Creating an ideal state UX/functionality fitting to the vision for their area and scope and identifying milestones towards target state, with high level of precision for the upcoming quarter
- Developing subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey or complex external domain in depth
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to create depth of knowledge in user needs and industry dynamics
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-facing organization
- Experience working with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Experience with OKRs and roadmap planning
- Experience with AB testing, Jira, and Agile working environment
