Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, making it easier than ever to move around, order food and groceries, manage payments, and more. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and growth of the monetization and advertising ecosystem within the Careem Super App. This position involves defining the roadmap for in-app ad solutions and working at the intersection of product, engineering, commercial, and analytics to deliver scalable, high-impact tools and features that drive revenue while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for advertiser-facing tools and features within the Super App.
  • Translate strategic goals into a clear product roadmap with well-prioritized features and experiments.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to co-develop advertising packages and flexible pricing models.
  • Partner with analytics to define success metrics and evaluate campaign and feature performance through rigorous experimentation.
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and sales teams.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for all ad product development and operations.
  • Present product strategy and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Stay attuned to advertiser needs and market trends to identify feature enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Economics (MBA is a plus).
  • 5–7 years of product management experience in digital advertising, B2B SaaS, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience working with engineering teams on scalable systems.
  • Deep understanding of ad measurement and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias toward execution and delivering measurable impact.

Work Conditions

  • Work 4 days a week in the office & 1 day from home, with the option to work remotely from any country in the world for up to 30 days a year.
