Senior Product Manager - Home Finance

About
Role Purpose: To lead and manage the performance of Home Finance and real estate products as per the bank’s strategy. The Senior Product Manager will implement strategy through the management of product financials, parameters, processes, business development, and marketing plans. This role encompasses end-to-end ownership of all aspects of product performance and requires maintaining an up-to-date product manual that includes all necessary policies, procedures, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate client leads to finance real estate property.
• Counsel customers on market conditions, rates, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop competitive market pricing by comparing with other banks.
• Build customer cases with all required documents as per ADIB TM/RAC.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers and finalize deals with customers for signing facility offer letters and mortgage contracts.
• Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and open houses.
• Maintain product and credit programs manuals, ensuring they are updated with necessary procedures and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Understanding of real estate market dynamics and key drivers of change.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
• Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management and analytical skills.
