The Senior Product Manager will own and scale the company's Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product within the company Financing. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities and product improvements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive customer experience improvements across onboarding, usage, pricing, and retention.
- Define and track product KPIs and OKRs such as adoption, approval rates, risk metrics, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine product performance and inform decision-making.
- Support credit decisioning, fraud prevention, and responsible lending frameworks in collaboration with Risk teams.
- Influence stakeholders, represent the product in internal discussions, and contribute to mentoring junior product team members.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or lending-related products.
