Responsibilities
- Proactively gather requirements and specify pragmatic solutions incorporating the requirements at the domain level
- Clearly define goals in terms of the impact changes will have on the user and take accountability for the validated impact of those changes
- Independently create a vision of the product (area), with awareness for the overarching vision
- Create an ideal state UX/functionality fitting to the vision and identify milestones towards the target state
- Develop subject matter expertise by understanding a business area, customer journey, or complex external domain in depth
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to foster depth of knowledge in user needs and industry dynamics
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-facing organization
- Experience working with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Experience with OKRs and roadmap planning
- Proficiency in AB testing, Jira, and Agile working environments
