Key Responsibilities
- Own the Loyalty Strategy. Develop and execute the roadmap for all driver loyalty and engagement initiatives, focusing on gamification and rewards programs.
- Design Game Mechanics. Create and test systems such as badges, leaderboards, and personalized challenges to make the driving experience more engaging and enjoyable.
- Develop Loyalty Programs. Build tiered programs to recognize and reward our most active and high-quality drivers, offering tangible benefits and creating clear growth pathways on our platform.
- Foster Community. Launch features that cultivate a sense of belonging and social connection among drivers, making the platform more than just an app.
- Define and Grow Key Metrics. Measure success through driver retention rates, increased trip frequency per driver, and reduced driver churn.
- Champion the Driver's Voice. Collaborate with research, data, and regional teams to understand what motivates drivers beyond fare and integrate these insights into the product.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile apps, two-sided marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or mobility services, with a proven track record from strategy to deployment.
- Gamification & Loyalty Mechanics: Strong expertise in behavioral design, engagement systems, gamification mechanics, and structured driver reward programs.
- Strategic Vision & Retention Focus: Capability to build long-term product roadmaps focusing on non-monetary driver motivation, increasing lifetime value (LTV), and reducing driver churn.
- Data-Driven Analytics: Solid quantitative skills for measuring platform health, tracking driver retention metrics, running A/B experiments, and evaluating engagement funnels.
- User-Centric & Community Design: Passion for translating user research and driver feedback into product features that enhance community and address core driver needs.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience aligning engineering, data science, research, and regional teams for global product initiatives.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
