Position

The company is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services, focusing on innovation for over 30 years. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the discovery, design, implementation, and scaling of GenAI products for Downstream Oil & Gas and refinery operations in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will collaborate with refinery stakeholders, engineers, IT teams, and leadership to deliver AI-powered solutions that are operationally reliable and offer measurable business impact. This position allows you to influence the adoption of industrial AI and contribute to significant digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for GenAI products supporting refinery workflows and Downstream operations.
  • Conduct operational assessments and user research on-site with refinery teams.
  • Lead the delivery of GenAI solutions from proof-of-concept to production implementation.
  • Define requirements for AI copilots and decision-support tools.
  • Establish governance for AI systems focusing on reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integration with industrial systems (e.g., SAP, PI System).
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and manage product updates.
  • Oversee product backlogs, release plans, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of overall experience with 5–6 years in technical product management.
  • Strong understanding of Downstream Oil & Gas processes, especially refinery operations.
  • Experience delivering AI or GenAI products in enterprise settings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certificate required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI copilots and document-intelligence solutions.
  • Awareness of cloud and hybrid deployment models.
  • Background in industrial IoT or predictive maintenance solutions.

Nature of Work and Working Hours:
The usual working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Flexibility is accommodated whenever possible based on client requirements.
