Location: We hire with a focus on Dubai and Europe. For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain
- Balance short-term priorities with long-term product and business strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across org units (POs, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals
- Mentor and manage the product management team to achieve excellence in execution
- Advocate for user-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyse market trends and user feedback to inform product strategies
- Drive innovation and ensure product portfolios meet performance and adoption targets
Requirements
- 10 years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role
- Deep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric design
- Experience in web3/crypto products is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectives
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teams
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organisational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
- Track record of delivering market-leading products with strong performance metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU)
- Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
