About the Role
At the company, a passenger and a driver agree on a price in seconds. What happens next, from the moment the driver accepts the order until the passenger steps out of the car, influences whether that passenger will choose the company again. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the passenger's ride experience: from driver assignment to a successfully completed trip. Your role will shape how passengers wait for and meet their driver, experience the ride, and conclude their trip. This position goes beyond screens and flows, having a direct impact on completed rides, cancellations, passenger trust, and retention.

- Make Pickup Predictable: Enhance ETA accuracy, driver tracking, pickup point clarity, and passenger-driver communication to facilitate quick and stress-free interactions.
- Build Trust and Safety into the Ride: Collaborate with the safety team to develop in-ride features such as trip sharing, route monitoring, and emergency tools to enhance passenger safety and control.
