The Payments & Blockchain team manages the flow of every dollar moving in or out of its products, partnering with various banking institutions and payment service providers to facilitate millions of users' deposits and withdrawals. This role as a Product Manager offers the opportunity to shape the future of the company's payments platform, which includes a multi-tenant payments backend with hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components, and direct APIs.

The Opportunity
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the company's payments platform, focusing on both the shared backend and the integration surfaces for internal clients (hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components, and direct APIs).
- Map requirements across internal clients to evolve the platform's vision and capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering to convert the target vision into a sequenced, high-impact roadmap with clear milestones.
- Prioritize competing client needs, transparently communicate trade-offs, and provide rationale for decisions.
- Shape the client experience from initial conversation to launch, ensuring ease of adoption.
- Collaborate with banking and partnerships teams to ensure each new PSP or bank integration is developed once on the platform and accessible to all company businesses.
- Incorporate compliance, risk, and legal requirements early into the roadmap to prevent launch blockers.
- Set and monitor platform success metrics such as time to launch for existing clients, time for new clients to go live, share of available payment rails, and payment success rates.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a platform, API, or infrastructure role catering to internal teams or developers.
- Working knowledge of payments processes, including pay-ins and payouts, PSPs, acquirers, and various bank rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, local methods).
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to read RFCs, challenge architectural decisions, and develop respected API specifications.
- Experience in shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components.
- Exceptional writing skills to clarify complex system designs for various stakeholders including product, compliance, and business teams.
- Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and achieving alignment without direct authority.
- Ability to work with data to set goals and measure platform adoption and performance.
Nice to Haves
- Background in a PSP, payment orchestrator, or payments infrastructure company, or experience in building one in-house.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, or on/off-ramps.
- Experience working across multiple regulated legal entities or licensing regimes.
