We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Saudi Arabia to build that business from the ground up and own its P&L.
This is not a feature role. You will define what the product is, how it is priced, who qualifies, and how it stays compliant.
What you will be doing
- The product construct. Define the lending products we launch in KSA and across the company's other markets, including eligibility, tenors, limits, repayment structure, and what happens at every edge of the flow.
- The P&L. Revenue and cost are yours: profit rates and pricing, etc. You build the business case, commit to the numbers, and explain every month why they moved. Work with legal, compliance, and external partners, ensuring that customer experience does not suffer.
- Billing and servicing logic. Billing logic, repayment options, early settlement, late fees, collections hand-offs. This is detailed work: you will sit with engineering and specify, case by case, what lands where and why.
- Strategy. Define where this business should be in 12 and 24 months, which segments we serve, what we build next, and what we deliberately do not build.
What you will need
- Saudi Arabia residency, familiarity with the market, and an understanding of local culture
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience with credit or lending products matters most, but strong experience in fin-tech or tech products also works
- A proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products
- Attention to detail since our products work with people's money, so precision matters at every step
- Comfort working with risk, compliance, and legal to get a product approved, not just designed
- Resilience and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic
