Why This Role Matters
As Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping how thousands of users discover, trust, and act on insights generated from millions of customer conversations. This role will give you significant room to make an impact by addressing complex customer problems and defining the future of customer intelligence.

What You'll Do

  • Own the future of Monitoring & Research at the company by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap across three key product areas:
    • Social Listening
    • Managed Channels Analytics
    • Voice of Customer (VoC)
  • Turn customer signals into decisions by building products that help customers move beyond reporting and toward clear recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead discovery before delivery by engaging customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to validate product direction and ensure we're solving the right issues.
  • Raise the quality bar for AI-powered insights by improving insight accuracy, sentiment quality, explainability, relevance, and customer trust.
  • Make difficult prioritization decisions by evaluating opportunities based on customer feedback, product data, and strategic impact.
  • Drive product adoption and business impact by monitoring customer behavior and using insights to improve product offerings.
  • Collaborate across various teams to create alignment and contribute to a culture where teams are empowered to solve problems.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of product fundamentals, focusing on creating customer and business value.
  • Experience simplifying complexity and working with large datasets or technically complex systems.
  • Proven ability to stay close to customers, validate assumptions, and make decisions based on evidence.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • A focus on measuring success through customer adoption, value, and business impact rather than feature count.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with social listening, media monitoring, Voice of Customer, or research platforms.
  • Familiarity with sentiment analysis, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or automated research workflows.
  • Knowledge of MENA markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

  • Product adoption and engagement across Monitoring & Research increase meaningfully.
  • AI-powered insight experiences become more accurate, actionable, and differentiated.

  • Cross-functional teams have strong alignment around goals, priorities, and outcomes.
