Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for digital/web applications.
- Translate business strategy and executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
- Partner directly with CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior leadership to understand business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Work closely with UX/UI, architecture, engineering, DevOps, and delivery teams.
- Define user journeys, product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Prioritize features and manage product backlogs based on business value and user impact.
- Drive development and enhancement of modern web and digital platforms.
- Bring a strong understanding of procurement and operational processes into product design and prioritization.
- Conduct workshops and executive presentations and communicate product recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure products deliver measurable improvements in customer/user experience and operational efficiency.
- Support digital transformation and AI-enabled product initiatives where relevant.
Qualifications
- Total 8-10 years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP, and Computer Vision projects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and governance.
- Coordinate MLOps activities including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak to technical-level staff and summarize communications for business stakeholders and executives.
- Prior experience of managing web, mobile, and IoT projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint, and MS Project.
- Knowledge of Big Data, Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server.
- Familiarity with AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or Reporting.
- Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Identify opportunities/gaps to drive new projects and engage with stakeholders to build required collateral to seek funding for new projects.
