The company is in search of a Senior Product Operations Manager to oversee operations, planning, and cross-functional alignment for platform frameworks utilized by our various product teams. In this role, you will act as the central link between product, engineering, and internal stakeholders, managing a framework employed by teams across the organization. This position demands excellence in communication, project management, and a proactive approach to execution across organizational boundaries.
About The Role
As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational aspects of a critical platform framework. You will manage requests from internal teams seeking to integrate the framework, work closely with product and engineering on timeline commitments, and ensure seamless execution. Collaborating with 2–3 product teams, you will serve as an accountability partner and bridge between multiple stakeholder groups. This position involves significant impact as you work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, providing clarity, coordination, and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework ownership & alignment
- Manage the operational health of platform frameworks.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams reporting issues or seeking to integrate new features.
- Coordinate between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment in priorities and address concerns.
- Project & initiative ownership
- Manage projects from inception to completion, driving execution across product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Follow up on commitments, identify dependencies, and maintain forward progress of initiatives.
- Cross-org communication & planning
- Plan quarterly cycles and roadmaps across multiple teams, synthesizing requests into clear, actionable directives.
- Balance competing priorities to ensure clarity and understanding among stakeholders regarding plans and their roles.
- System thinking & automation
- Develop systems to enhance impact, establishing documentation, automations, and processes to reduce manual work.
- Focus on scalable solutions for recurring queries.
- Driving action & accountability
- Obtain commitments from teams and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Be the key person responsible for the completion of cross-organizational work.

- Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Experience with project management and planning cycles.
- Familiarity with automation, documentation, and systems thinking methodologies.
