The company is seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital onboarding and consumer lending products. You will lead the digital transformation of lending journeys, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital onboarding and consumer lending products.
- Drive the transformation of lending journeys and enhance customer acquisition.

Digital Lending & Onboarding:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital journeys for Auto Loans and other products.
- Optimize customer acquisition processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Agile Product Ownership:
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and monitor delivery progress.

Stakeholder Management:
- Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions to drive decision-making.

Customer Experience Optimization:
- Champion a customer-centric approach and implement enhancements to improve experiences.

Risk, Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulations, internal governance, and data privacy standards.

Delivery Excellence:
- Drive multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
Required Experience:
- 8–12+ years in Product Management, Digital Banking, or Digital Transformation.
- Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong experience in digital onboarding, consumer lending, and familiarity with UAE banks.
Technical & Functional Knowledge:
- Consumer lending, digital onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, and mobile/web banking platforms.
Key Competencies:
- Leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
