What You’ll Do
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology to set business objectives, communicate capability requirements, and establish roadmaps based on business priorities.
- Lead product discovery phases to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and define product vision and strategy.
- Support the generation of long-term roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop an understanding of the current state and business impacts to support options assessments.
- Support technical assessments of potential solutions regarding costs, dependencies, complexity, and risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate product hypotheses and make data-informed decisions.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, ideation workshops, and other meetings to stimulate innovation.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, and business teams to ensure the voice of the customer is represented in product development.
- Define, track, and interpret key product metrics for informed development decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and product development.
- Be aware of other work being completed within the Portfolio to help teams manage risks and dependencies.
- Present product ideas, strategies, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Lead a team of Product Owners, focusing on instilling an Agile mindset.
- Clearly communicate release timing and delivery dates to Product Management and Senior Stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
- 6–10 years of experience in business analysis, process management, or re-engineering.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience within Agile frameworks, with knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business context.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
