Key Responsibilities
Functional
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven and agentic products from discovery and competitive analysis through positioning, roadmap, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Help translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering, including the orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails specific to agentic AI systems.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and backlog, supporting delivery against the agreed baseline to achieve timely completion and return on investment.
- Demonstrate good product sense for the UX of data-rich and AI-driven interfaces, with the ability to turn concepts into clear, testable prototypes.
- Help define and track product performance metrics including reliability, adoption, and model/agent quality, and support the removal of impediments to delivery.
- Stay current with agentic AI, foundation models, and the evolving AI landscape, and help translate emerging capabilities into product opportunities.
- Support testing and evaluation efforts with QA, including the design and execution of test scripts and scenarios across product functions, as well as AI/agent behaviour evaluation.
- Contribute to product positioning that differentiates the unique value proposition across primary market segments.
- Help identify risks, support mitigation plans, and assist in developing proofs-of-concept.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product, software/web design, or engineering and development.
- At least 3 years of experience in analytical product management, with exposure to the full product lifecycle.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building, launching, or scaling AI-driven platforms (e.g. ML-driven services, LLM-powered products, AI orchestration); experience with Agentic AI strongly preferred.
