Position

The company is seeking an immensely talented Senior Program Controls Engineer – Reporting & Analytics to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this hands-on, full-time role, you will take charge of the development, integrity, and continuous improvement of PMO reporting across the Roads Program. Your primary responsibility will be to support senior PMO leadership by translating complex data related to schedules, progress, cost, and changes into concise, accurate, and decision-ready reports. This position directly reports to the Program Controls Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the PMO PRC Sr. Reporting Manager.
  • Lead the preparation, coordination, and continuous enhancement of the PMO Weekly Progress Report.
  • Develop new reporting products and dashboards from scratch to address Client or PMO needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy, conciseness, and internal consistency of reports aligned with the governance framework of the department.
  • Consolidate inputs from PMCMs and PMO managers in the areas of planning, progress, cost, and change.
  • Verify the internal consistency of reported data before it is included in PMO reports, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Safeguard the integrity of PMO reporting under tight timelines and ad-hoc demands.
  • Convert raw technical data into materials suitable for consumption by senior Clients.
  • Manage PMCM reporting interfaces proactively to ensure timely and usable inputs.
  • Collaborate closely with PMO discipline managers to clarify assumptions and reporting narratives.
  • Challenge unclear, inconsistent, or low-quality inputs according to governance standards.
  • Rapidly respond to ad-hoc Client and PMO reporting requests, delivering executive summaries and analyses under pressure.
  • Present findings to senior Client and PMO management audiences.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Background as a planner or senior planner at the Project/Program level.
  • Proven experience producing PMO/PMC reports for senior management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and maintenance of internal consistency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Confident in interactions with PMCMs and senior PMO stakeholders.
