The company is looking for a highly skilled Senior Program Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will provide direction and management for every phase of large projects or programs to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget, in accordance with contractual obligations. You will act as a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in project and portfolio management, alongside highly developed interpersonal skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive successful transformations aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the company representative with clients and selected subcontractors during program execution.
- Negotiate changes to project scope with clients and key subcontractors.
- Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work.
- Establish program requirements and monitor deliverables for adherence.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control all functions of the assigned project.
- Mobilize company resources to create project teams capable of delivering quality work.
- Work with project engineers and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans.
- Monitor project activity and report progress to management.
- Promote technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes.
- Lead strategic assessments and feasibility studies to support program justification.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field.
- Typically 20+ years of related work experience.
- Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing).
- Knowledge of public sector operations specific to Saudi Arabia, including Vision 2030 objectives.
Desired Skills:
- Proven ability to manage projects and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of current technology and its application within projects.
